A Program Built for Racing

Ride Dialed Racing was built from a lifetime of racing, testing, and chasing speed.

Founder Tristan Hunter has been on two wheels since he was two years old, growing up racing motocross and building a highly successful amateur career with more than 300 race wins and multiple championship overalls.

At 17, Tristan made the switch to mountain bikes and quickly moved into elite-level gravity racing, competing nationally as a professional downhill and enduro racer.

That racing background eventually evolved into Ride Dialed Speedshop.

Over the past five years, Ride Dialed has become focused on one thing: making race bikes faster. Through custom suspension tuning, chassis setup, testing, data acquisition, and countless hours on track, Tristan has helped develop race-winning and nationally competitive gravity bikes through suspension tuning, chassis setup, testing and data acquisition.

Ride Dialed Racing is the next step.

The goal is to take everything learned through motocross, professional mountain bike racing, suspension development, coaching, and race support and build one of the strongest gravity racing programs to come out of Arizona.

This team is about more than showing up to races.

It is about developing riders, building faster bikes, creating a professional race environment, and giving Arizona athletes the support and knowledge they need to compete at the highest level.

FACTORY

For Ride Dialed Racing’s top-level athletes competing at the highest levels of downhill racing.

Factory riders receive the same full team infrastructure as Works and Academy, with the highest level of complimentary race, technical, and performance support Ride Dialed can provide.

Factory membership includes:

  • Full Ride Dialed Racing Factory team membership

Factory Program: Invite Only

Factory athletes are selected based on race performance, professionalism, commitment to the team and their ability to represent Ride Dialed Racing at the highest level.

Ride Dialed provides Factory riders with the greatest level of complimentary support available, allowing them to focus on training, racing and producing results.

WORKS

For serious Cat 1, Junior Expert, and elite-development racers who are already competitive and ready to pursue results at the national level.

Works membership includes:

  • Full Ride Dialed Racing team membership

  • Race support at all 4 Sunrise DH Series races included with annual membership

  • Eligibility to attend any Ride Dialed-supported regional or national event on the team schedule

  • National race support available on a per-event basis

  • Full Ride Dialed team pit at supported events

  • Designated team pit space with tents, rider lounge, warm-up area, tools, work stands, rollers and training equipment

  • Dedicated mechanic and coaching support

  • Pre-race bike preparation and inspection

  • Race-day mechanical support

  • Suspension setup and individualized tuning

  • Baseline suspension/setup documentation with changes tracked throughout the season

  • Pre-race suspension preparation

  • Track walks and course analysis

  • Line-choice coaching

  • Practice-session feedback

  • Race strategy and preparation

  • Video review and riding analysis when available

  • Team collaboration on lines, setup and race strategy

  • Team positions are limited and membership is by application and acceptance.

  • Includes support at all four Sunrise DH Series events.

  • Additional supported regional and national events are available for an additional race-support fee, with extended-travel events priced separately based on event logistics.

RIDE DIALED ACADEMY

For developing racers building speed, confidence, racecraft and experience while working toward the Works and Factory levels.

Academy membership includes:

  • Full Ride Dialed Racing team membership

  • Race support at all 4 Sunrise DH Series races included with annual membership

  • Eligibility to attend any Ride Dialed-supported regional or national event on the team schedule

  • National race support available on a per-event basis

  • Full Ride Dialed team pit at supported events

  • Designated team pit space with tents, rider lounge, warm-up area, tools, work stands, rollers and training equipment

  • Dedicated mechanic and coaching support

  • Pre-race bike preparation and inspection

  • Race-day mechanical support

  • Suspension setup and individualized adjustments

  • Baseline suspension/setup documentation with changes tracked throughout the season

  • Pre-race suspension preparation

  • Track walks and course analysis

  • Line-choice coaching

Race Weekend Support

  • At supported events, Ride Dialed Racing operates from a dedicated, paid team pit located in a central area of the race venue whenever available. Our race rig is designed to give riders a consistent home base throughout the weekend, with enclosed trailer storage, bicycle transportation, tools, spare parts, suspension equipment, work stands, covered rider space, seating, rugs, and a structured warm-up area.

  • From that pit, riders have direct access to coaching, track walks and line analysis, mechanical and suspension support, race preparation, video review when available, warm-up equipment, and a place to recover and collaborate with teammates between runs.

  • Transporting the race rig, securing premium pit space, carrying team equipment and spares, and maintaining a fully supported work area are all part of the Ride Dialed race-support program—giving riders and families access to a level of infrastructure that would be difficult and expensive to reproduce individually.

The goal is simple: riders arrive and step into a race environment already built around preparation, performance, and support.

USA CYCLING NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

The USA Cycling Mountain Bike National Championships are a major team event for Ride Dialed Racing. Factory, Works, and Academy riders will operate together from a full team pit with coaching, mechanical support, suspension preparation, track analysis, race preparation, and bicycle transportation when available.

Nationals also gives every rider a valuable benchmark outside of Arizona and the Mountain States Cup. Racing against a deeper national field helps riders see where they currently stand, identify strengths and weaknesses, and establish a more accurate baseline for future training and development.

For developing racers especially, that comparison is extremely valuable. It gives Ride Dialed another data point beyond local and regional results and helps guide coaching, training priorities, bike setup, race preparation, and long-term progression.

For Factory riders, Nationals is an opportunity to compete for top-level results.

For Works riders, it is an opportunity to measure themselves against the strongest competition in the country and continue progressing toward the Factory level.

For Academy riders, it provides valuable national-level experience while continuing their long-term development within the same Ride Dialed Racing support system.
