Ride Dialed Racing gives committed downhill racers the support, structure, and resources to progress both on and off the bike. Our program combines professional race support, rider coaching, suspension setup and tuning, training guidance, team pits, mechanical support, sponsor opportunities, and a competitive team environment built around long-term rider development.

Whether you're working toward your first national event or pushing for elite-level results, the goal stays the same

  • Our highest level of racing support, built for Pro and elite-level athletes competing at the top of the sport. Factory riders represent Ride Dialed at National events and receive our most comprehensive race, mechanical, suspension, and performance support.

  • The development path for serious Cat 1 and aspiring elite racers working toward the next level. Works riders get structured coaching, race support, suspension development, and the tools needed to turn speed and potential into consistent results.

  • Built for younger and developing racers who want to become better riders, gain race experience, and be part of a real team environment. Groms get coaching, support, mentorship, and a clear path to progress through the Ride Dialed Racing program.

FACTORY

For Pro and elite-level racers competing for results at the highest level.

Factory is the performance arm of Ride Dialed Racing. These athletes set the standard for the rest of the program and receive the most advanced support, equipment development, and technical resources we can provide. The goal is simple: remove as many barriers as possible and give our fastest riders what they need to perform.

Factory support includes:

  • Full or heavily subsidized team membership

  • Priority race-weekend support

  • National-level race support

  • Dedicated mechanic support

  • Professional race-day pit setup

  • Bike transportation to select events

  • Custom suspension tuning specific to the rider, bike, terrain, and race venue

  • Advanced suspension setup and development throughout the season

  • Data acquisition testing and telemetry-assisted suspension tuning

  • Dynamic sag and chassis-balance analysis

  • Race-specific setup testing

  • Suspension servicing and preparation before key events

  • Mechanical race preparation and bike checks

  • Coaching, track analysis, line choice, and race strategy

  • Video review and riding analysis

  • Structured training and performance guidance

  • Sponsor and industry support whenever available

  • Priority access to prototype products and Ride Dialed R&D

  • Rider development beyond racing, including professionalism, sponsor representation, and mentoring younger team athletes

Factory riders are also expected to help establish the culture of the program. Younger athletes should be able to look into the Factory pit and see what the next level actually looks like.

WORKS

For serious Cat 1 and elite-development racers ready to compete nationally.

Works is where the commitment becomes serious. These athletes have already demonstrated speed locally and are ready to find out how they stack up against the best riders in the country.

Because Works athletes receive significant travel, mechanical, coaching, and race-weekend support, this is the most comprehensive paid program.

Works support includes:

  • National race program and team support

  • Support at selected Arizona DH races

  • Bike transportation to select national events

  • Team pit and mechanical support at supported races

  • Dedicated coaching and race-weekend guidance

  • Track walks and course analysis

  • Practice-session feedback

  • Line selection and race strategy

  • Video review when available

  • Suspension setup and individualized tuning

  • Pre-race suspension preparation

  • Bike setup and mechanical inspection

  • Race-day mechanical support

  • Baseline setup documentation so changes can be tracked throughout the season

  • Access to advanced Ride Dialed suspension development

  • Data acquisition testing opportunities when appropriate

  • Training guidance between events

  • Team rides and development sessions

  • Sponsor discounts and team pricing where available

  • Mentorship from Factory riders and coaching staff

  • Guidance toward progressing into the Factory program

Works is intentionally designed for riders who are already competitive locally. Rather than spending heavily on national travel before a rider is ready, we want athletes to develop at home, earn their way into Works, and then take that speed to national competition.

GROMS

For developing racers building speed, confidence, racecraft, and experience in Arizona.

Groms is the entry point into Ride Dialed Racing and is built around one idea: develop locally first.

Young riders do not need to spend thousands of dollars traveling across the country just to say they raced a national. We want them getting lots of quality race experience, learning how to practice correctly, developing racecraft, and becoming competitive in Arizona before taking the next step.

Groms support includes:

  • Support throughout the Arizona downhill race series

  • Dedicated Groms mechanic/coach at supported local races

  • Team pit access

  • Pre-race bike checks

  • Race-day mechanical support

  • Basic suspension setup and adjustments

  • Coaching during practice

  • Track walks and line-choice guidance

  • Race strategy and preparation

  • Riding feedback and skill development

  • Help learning how to approach practice runs efficiently

  • Introduction to bike setup and suspension fundamentals

  • Team training and group riding opportunities

  • Mentorship from Works and Factory athletes

  • Sponsor discounts and team pricing where available

  • A clear development path into the Works program

  • Discounted products

The benchmark is simple: become competitive locally first. Once a Grom is consistently running at the front of their category and is ready for stronger competition, we can begin moving them toward Works and the national race program.

That keeps racing realistic for families while making national competition something riders earn through progression, rather than something parents are expected to pay for immediately.

NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS — THE WHOLE TEAM

At the end of the season, Factory, Works, and Groms come together for one fully supported national-level event.

Our goal is to bring the entire Ride Dialed Racing program to USA Cycling Mountain Bike National Championships with:

  • Full Ride Dialed team pit

  • Two mechanics/coaches

  • Bike transportation when possible

  • Mechanical and suspension support

  • Coaching and track analysis

  • Practice and race-day support

  • Team preparation throughout the weekend

For Factory and Works athletes, Nationals is about performing.

For Groms, it becomes something equally valuable: a chance to see where they truly rank nationally after spending the season developing locally.

They get the experience of a major national event, but only after building a season's worth of skills and racing experience first.

That gives younger riders something to work toward all year and gives parents a much more purposeful development path:

Race Arizona → Become competitive → Move to Works → Race nationally → Earn Factory support.

Travel & Event Costs

Included events and support will be outlined before each season. Because travel requirements can vary significantly by venue, additional transportation, lodging, entry, or race-support fees may apply to certain events or optional races outside the planned team schedule.

Our goal is to keep those costs transparent and make sure every event riders attend has a clear developmental or competitive purpose.
